Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Sale items & books (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
